Mailing instructions for your inclusions:

AFTER YOU SUBMIT AN ORDER, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ADDRESS IN YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL FOR WHERE TO SEND YOUR INCLUSIONS

What you need to send:
Ashes: 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of ashes. Please put in a small ziplock bag, double bagged, or a small jar/tin. Send in a small padded bubble mailer.
Breastmilk: 1/2 ounce of thawed breastmilk is enough for several pieces of jewelry. Please do not send more than 1 ounce. Double or triple bag breastmilk in breastmilk storage bags NOT ziplock bags. Send in small padded bubble mailer.
Flowers: 3-5 small flowers/flower petals. Please make sure they are fully dry so they do not mold during shipping. Put in a small ziplock bag and send in a small padded bubble mailer.
Hair: a small chunk of 15-20 hairs, 1-2 inches long. Put in a small ziplock bag and mail in a small padded bubble mailer.
** For all other inclusions, please email us and you will be given instructions on the amount to send.
** All unused inclusions will be mailed back to you with your final piece(s). Preserved breastmilk powder is the only exception. This will NOT be mailed back but will be kept on hand and labeled with your information so it can be used if you order breastmilk pieces in the future!

Important notes for all orders and inclusions:
- Include your name and order number inside of your package. Preferably written on the outside of your bag of inclusions.
- Full name and return address need to be on the outside of the package.
- DO NOT mail the last of your inclusions. Shipping mistakes, although rare, do happen and Little Miu cannot be responsible for shipping carrier mistakes in transit to us. We would hate for the last of what you have to arrive damaged or not at all.
- DO NOT send with any service that will require a signature upon delivery. USPS has various options for shipping that do not require a signature. USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail is usually best. You are responsible for the cost to mail your inclusions but the shipping of your completed items is free!

Returns/Cancellations
If you would like a refund, please contact within 24 hours of placing an order. Due to the nature of the product and custom ordering your ring setting, any request for cancellations outside of the 24 hour window will be issued in the form of a store credit unless otherwise agreed upon.
